Facility locations include Shenzhen and Ganzhou, China.

Our Shenzhen factory is located 1 hour from the Hong Kong border and about 20 minutes from the Mission Hills Golf Resort. We've invested in capital equipment from the United States, Europe, and Asia, and we've properly resourced our employees to enable them to achieve higher productivity and utilization of physical space. Our ISO 14001 certification is a testament to our environmentally conscious and focused practices on being a world class leader in contract manufacturing. We are proud to have created a smoke free environment that is both exceptionally clean and safe.

This facility includes two main locations separated by 300 meters in distance. Within those locations, we have our design centers, tooling departments, injection molding workshops, surface mounting workshops, assembly lines, spray painting, testing facilities, dormitories, and administrative offices. Our Class 10k and 100k Clean Room facilities are also located within the complex. For electronic items, our well equipped electronic room, anti-static and soldering facilities provide professional engineering support for quality assurance.

There are dormitories at both locations as well as recreational facilities for the employees. On-site medical care and backup generators also support the complex. Please see below for a layout of the facility.

Our Ganzhou factory is located in Jiangxi province, a short flight from our Shenzhen location. The facility was set up to leverage the abundant raw materials in the area and provide additional manufacturing capacity.

In addition to the international management team at Providence, the company has also established regional offices in the USA and Germany.  The regional offices provide a local connection to clients on a same time zone basis. 

The primary function of the regional offices is to assist with:

• Marketing
• Business Planning
• Account Management
• Legal Review of Contracts

The headquarters for Providence is located in the New Territory of Hong Kong.  This office supports the shipping and logistics functions of the company.
