IP Protection
At Providence, it has always been our policy to protect the interests of our clients and the markets they serve. Therefore, maintaining the confidentiality of our clients and the products manufactured is a priority. We do not participate in manufacturing for clients where there is a conflict of interest, nor do we partake in infringing upon any intellectual property rights of the products we produce. This policy allows us to protect our interest in building long-term partnerships with our clients.

Our world-class results are assured by employing solid quality systems with superb quality management principles.  This is reflected in the certifications we have obtained, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 as well as 7S (Standardize, Structurize, Stabilize, Systematize, Self-discipline, Safety and Savings), SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Six Sigma protocol. 

At Providence, each item undergoes strict quality control at all stages of manufacturing.  Our Quality Control teams operate high precision, high speed measuring instruments and apparatus to ensure consistent productivity and quality. We perform in process and semi-finished assemblies inspections per process FMEA of critical features to meet the “Zero Failure” standard, while our final testing can include 100% inspection.

For electronic items, our well equipped anti-static and soldering facilities are supported by professional engineering to define quality assurance plans.

Providence implemented our own Customer Satisfaction Survey to collect our OEM customers’ feedback.  Customer and third party audits, bi-annual reviews and customer surveys, establish metrics on Quality and Performance as part of our Continuous Improvement Policy.  We are proud of our record of achievement in consistently meeting or exceeding ISO and QS quality standards.
